The Tempe Housing Authority unanimously adopted a resolution to raise payment standards to align with HUD�FY2024 fair market rents after a quarterly presentation showing strong voucher leasing, roughly $998,000 in reserves, and a coalition plan to acquire a lot for affordable housing.
