Fieldwork done week of Aug. 24; auditors expect draft financials and MD&A "on the 9th," presenter says

Presenter told the committee auditors conducted fieldwork the week of Aug. 24 and were onsite for roughly three days. "They were here for about 3 days doing their field work," Auditor said, adding the visit went smoothly because many materials were already in order from the district.

Auditor said there remain a few open items as auditors and management finalize testing; they expect draft financials and the management discussion and analysis to be ready "on the 9th" for committee review. The chair said the independent audit will be reviewed at the October committee meeting before it goes to the full board.
