The Marshall County Board of Commissioners approved payment authorizations for county bills and warrants and adopted several administrative resolutions during its Sept. 15 meeting.
Auditor-Treasurer Scott Peters presented warrant listings and the Board approved payment. The auditor warrants included an entry of $295,602.99 on Sept. 4, 2026 and commissioner warrants were shown as $397,176.12; the motion to approve payments carried 5-0. The Board also approved Resolution 09-15-03 to distribute $30,696.00 received under the Refuge Revenue Sharing Act (16 U.S.C. 715s) among county funds, townships and school districts according to established guidelines.
Separately, the Board directed county officials to cancel lost warrant #348838 (dated July 21, 2026) issued to Titan Machinery–Grand Forks in the amount of $597.85, waived bond requirements, and authorized reissuing a replacement warrant (Resolution 09-15-04). Motions on these items were carried unanimously.
The Board recorded no additional fiscal actions during the meeting; several other administrative items were presented in the Auditor-Treasurer report, including an Enbridge appeal update and a lost check resolution.
