Jamie, an administrative official, told the board that the county received a payment that reduced an outstanding balance to just over $1,000,000 and recommended paying down debt with the remaining portion. "We did receive a new file payment... It's just over 1000000 dollars," Jamie said, adding that about $310,000 would be set aside for a bond retirement fund.
Jamie also reported follow‑ups from a meeting with engineering firm DLZ: the phase‑3 dormitory bed layout should fit the needed number of beds and has been submitted for review. He listed upcoming meetings related to the airport fuel farm, hangar construction and land bank and development boards, and said staff will pursue additional grants through the community foundation and other sources.
The board did not take additional action on these items at the meeting beyond the administrative updates and referred financial transfers to staff for completion.
