At its Sept. 14 meeting, the Board approved a slate of operational motions: Senate Bill 12 compliance certification (moved by Larry Tedford, seconded by Fred Griffin), a Staff Development Minutes Waiver (moved by Fred Griffin, seconded by Greg Wyatt), the Super Net II Consortium payment (moved by Larry Tedford, seconded by Ronda Cade), addition of guardians (moved by Fred Griffin, seconded by Ronda Cade), and a Principal Incentive Plan for 2026-2027 (moved by Greg Wyatt, seconded by Fred Griffin). Each motion recorded the six trustees present voting in favor and none against.
