Chair opens pre-bargaining public hearing for Flat Rock-Hawcreek School Corp

The Chair called the public hearing to order at 3:15 p.m. and said, "It's our pre bargaining joint session that's required by Indiana code." The Chair announced that "Andre Reed is here representing the Teachers Association as co president, and she's agreed to be here today for this meeting." No members of the public were present to offer comments during the session.

The Chair said the goal of the meeting was to take any public comments or have preliminary discussion before formal bargaining begins, and announced the first formal session is scheduled for next Tuesday, the 15th, at about 1:00 p.m. in the same location. The Chair said that formal session "is a closed formal bargaining meeting" and, with no further comments, closed the hearing and stopped the live stream.
