Board to get dashboard access; staff demos Diligent sign-up and public comment rules

Staff reported the district dashboard is nearly ready and that board members will have direct accounts to view high-level school data; a staff demo is expected at the October workshop. "You should have an account now... but it's just not a green light yet," staff said, asking for patience while a few final tweaks are completed.

The meeting included a hands-on walkthrough of the Diligent meeting platform (document library, briefing notes, and agenda approvals). Staff explained online speaker sign-up can be approved and placed on the agenda, but in-person attendance remains required to deliver public comment; written comments can be submitted via a link on the district website.
