On the consent agenda the board approved routine grants, purchases and contract items. The board accepted a $325 donation from the Garden Club of Irvington to the O'Hara Nature Center for programming enrichment and directed the clerk to deposit the funds to the specified GL accounts.
The board approved change order number six for the Haramman Road US-9 culvert project for the amount stated in the record and authorized the village administrator to execute it. Trustees also approved a proposal from Strategy Security in the amount of $9,920.36 to replace an access-panel system at the Irvington Fire Department, to be financed from the identified account.
Separately, the village court was authorized to apply for a Justice Court Assistance Program (JCAP) grant in the 2026–27 cycle for up to $7,450 to replace courtroom carpeting and related low-level capital needs.
Board members treated these items as routine capital and facility maintenance matters and approved them by voice vote as part of the consent agenda.
