Planning commission notes: consent items approved; automotive CUP continued for re‑notice

Chairman Wright opened the meeting and led a brief consent agenda routine. Commissioner Olin moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Gerber seconded; the motion passed by voice vote. Later in the meeting staff and an attendee reported the CUP for an automotive body shop had been improperly noticed to adjacent residents; Daniel Miller said the application cannot be heard tonight and will be renoticed and returned in the future.

Staff also reminded commissioners of tight scheduling around upcoming holidays and that tonight's findings may not be ready for the next meeting; staff will follow up with commissioners about attendance for the next meeting date.
