Mayor Chris Jensen used the State of the City to showcase recent private investment commitments that he says will expand jobs and industrial footprint in Noblesville.
He announced that Ryan Fire Protection will make a "major multi million dollar expansion"—a new HQ2 that will add some 100,000 square feet to its existing facility in Noblesville. "Kevin, Ryan, and I are here to announce today that they are making a major multi million dollar expansion in their facility here in Noblesville called HQ2, which will add 100,000 square feet to their existing facility," Jensen said.
Jensen also highlighted BioLife Solutions' $39,000,000 investment relocating Indianapolis operations to Noblesville and noted Evolve Transporters' $40,000,000 facility and other corporate relocations such as Business Furniture and the Justice Company. He tied these announcements to a broader claim that roughly $4.2 billion in private investment has located in Noblesville over the past 6.5 years.
Those private investments were presented as complementary to municipal efforts—Jensen thanked economic development staff and private partners for converging on workforce, site-readiness and infrastructure to support company growth.
