Mayor Jensen introduced Kelly Stacy (president and CEO, SMC Corporation of America) and Aaron Jones (CEO Americas, Toyota Automated Logistics) to discuss why the companies invested in Noblesville and how they partner with local education and workforce programs.
Kelly Stacy said Noblesville "allowed us to grow and think long term," praising local leadership and infrastructure that supported SMC’s North American headquarters and expansion plans. The SMC representative highlighted ongoing engagement with the city's schools and STEM programming to build a pipeline of future employees.
Aaron Jones said Toyota Automated Logistics selected Noblesville as a long-term location because of workforce culture, available land and leadership partnership, emphasizing that investments are designed to last decades and require collaborative workforce development with schools and community partners.
Both executives credited municipal leaders and local educational partners for facilitating long-term investment and said they view Noblesville as a stable base for growth and training.
