Doug Winston, the new owner of property associated with the prior Nethermont Avenue approval, updated the Planning Board on minor backyard grading and retaining-wall changes and said he will re-submit the previously approved chipping plan and geotechnical reports.
Board members recalled extensive prior discussion about pattern drilling and chipping procedures and asked the applicant to present the pattern-drilling approach and sensor/communication plans again at a public hearing so new board members and neighbors can review the mitigation. The chair said the application will need a public hearing and the applicant should bring prior materials and sensor-communication details.
Next steps: applicant will re-submit the chipping plan and present it at the next public hearing, and provide prior geotechnical and monitoring documents.
