Board approves food-service vendor after competitive bid

The board reviewed scoring sheets from a recent solicitation for the district's food-service contractor and approved staff's recommendation to contract with the vendor referenced in the packet as "Charles." Trevor (S3) presented the bidding outcome and invited questions from trustees before asking for action.

“We went out to bid for our food service contractor in your board packet of scoring sheets…And if there are any questions, I ask that you approve, Charles as our vendor for, food service,” Trevor said. The board then moved and seconded the approval and recorded the action by voice vote. Staff said they would follow up with contract finalization steps and implementation logistics.
