Lodi renews auditing services with Wipfli for one year

The Common Council approved a one-year extension for auditing services with Wipfli at the Sept. 9 meeting. Alderperson Stevenson moved and Alderperson Heller seconded the motion; the roll call vote recorded ayes from Heller, Flanagan, Stevenson, Kutz, Ripp and Crow and the motion carried.

The extension preserves continuity of external financial audit services for the city for one additional year; the minutes do not list changes to scope, price or firm responsibilities. The council recorded the action as an official resolution approving the extension and instructed staff to finalize the extension paperwork.
