Committee sets agenda, passes balance of agenda and adjourns

At the start of the meeting a speaker announced that three members were present and that a quorum existed. The committee moved to set the agenda; the motion to adopt the agenda was seconded (mover recorded as Vashin, second by Bermudez in the transcript) and adopted by voice vote.

Later in the session the chair asked whether anyone wished to bifurcate the balance of the agenda; a motion to pass the balance of the agenda was moved and seconded and the committee adopted it. The chair then entertained a motion to adjourn and the meeting was adjourned.
