Board approves waivers for Fountain Ridge parcels after assessor reports compliance

The Board of Review granted waivers for multiple SREG Fountain Ridge LLC parcels after assessment staff reported owners had substantially complied with the office's requests for documentation. The clerk recorded four parcel numbers for Fountain Ridge before assessment staff presented their review and recommendation.

"The owners have also substantially complied with, the information we requested on this property, as well, and so you can go forth with the request for the waiver," the assessor said. A motion to grant the waiver was made, seconded and approved on a roll-call vote with all voting members recorded as yes.
