Board approves July minutes and adjourns at 6:15 p.m.

The board approved minutes from the July 15, 2026 meeting after a motion by Vice Chair Johnston and a second from Member Stanton; the clerk called the roll and the minutes were approved 3–0.

Following the minutes vote the chair asked if there was further business. With none raised, the chair moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:15 p.m.; the board voted in favor and the meeting was adjourned. Before signing off, the chair invited board member Dwayne Stenton to share brief remarks; recording stopped shortly thereafter.
