Board approves facilities consent calendar, awards Creekside IT Villa contract and approves change orders for Portola High expansion

As part of the facilities consent calendar, the board approved several administrative and construction-related items including certificates of authorized signers for multiple Community Facilities Districts and the renewal of Measure E independent citizens’ oversight committee members. The board also authorized receipt of bids and award of contracts for the Creekside Education Center IT Villa 2025 and approved change orders for the Creekside IT Villa and Portola High School Expansion Phase 2.

The items were approved on the consent calendar by motion of Cyril Yu, seconded by Jeff Kim, and recorded as passed unanimously. The minutes state the actions permit staff to proceed with contract execution, change-order management and oversight activity under the district’s facilities program.
