Committee approves Int. 0866-2026-A on agency rule‑making

Council Member Shaun Abreu, chair of the Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, said the committee approved Int. 0866-2026-A, an amended version of Int. 0866-2026 titled "Agency Rule-making Required," during the committee's Sept. 10 meeting at City Hall. The motion to approve was adopted by roll call with affirmative votes recorded for Abreu, Selvena N. Brooks-Powers, Eric Dinowitz, Shahana K. Hanif, Shekar Krishnan, Farah N. Louis, Justin E. Sanchez, Pierina Ana Sanchez, Julie Won and Phil Wong; Council Member Christopher Marte was absent.

No. 866-A, a memorandum in support, prior hearing transcripts, a fiscal impact statement and a committee report dated 9/10/26.
