Commission approves conditional use permit for pool at 555 King Road with noise and WUI conditions

Planner Zollinger presented a conditional use permit application for a roughly 6,39 square foot outdoor pool (staff report wording). The property is in the estate zone and within the sensitive land overlay; staff concluded the pool complies with zoning and enumerated standard conditions including adherence to Park City noise ordinance chapter 6‑3, coordination of pool drainage with Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District, prohibition on nightly rentals of the guest house or single family dwelling and WUI‑compliant final landscaping prior to pool building permits.

There was no public comment. Commissioner Shand moved to approve the CUP based on the findings of fact and draft conditions; the motion passed unanimously.
