Damon ISD adds new bank signatories and updates credit-card holders

The board approved changes to district financial signatories and credit-card holders at the Aug. 28 meeting. Trustees voted to add Helen Noble, Ami George, Dr. Marshall Scott and Odalys Bailey as signatories on all accounts at Prosperity Bank. The motion was made by Nicole Pitz and seconded by Virginia Morris; the motion passed 5-0.

Separately, trustees voted to remove Desiree Adams from both Prosperity-issued and TIB-issued credit cards and to add Dr. Marshall Scott to those cards. Virginia Morris moved the change and Snoopy Long seconded the motion; the vote was recorded 5-0. The minutes record those administrative authorizations but do not list card numbers or limit thresholds; operational details will be handled through the business office and bank procedures.
