P&Z approves Sienna Reserve plat and disapproves three other preliminary plats

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the preliminary plat for Sienna Reserve under the approval consent agenda and simultaneously carried a motion to disapprove three items on the disapproval consent agenda during its Sept. 9 meeting.

The chair asked for a motion to approve the Sienna Reserve preliminary plat; after a motion and second the chair announced, "Looks like motion carries." On the disapproval consent agenda, the commission moved and seconded to disapprove the preliminary plats for Lake Olympia Pit Stop (9B1), Misty Leaf Gardens (9B2) and Shalom Haven (9B3); the chair again announced the motion carried. No speakers registered on these consent items and the items were handled by single motions as routine consent business.
