The West Cocalico Township Authority on Aug. 11 approved routine disbursements and several financial actions tied to upcoming development work. The board carried a motion to approve Sewer Fund payments totaling $29,988.54 and a separate motion to approve Water Fund payments of $203,268.64.
The board also adopted a Reimbursement Resolution and a Resolution to Borrow during the meeting; both motions carried. Arlan Hoover moved to adopt the Reimbursement Resolution; Byron Hurst seconded. "Motion carried," the minutes record. The resolutions were presented as steps to allow future financing related to capital and development work.
In the same meeting the Authority approved a request for 51 Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) for the Summit Crossing project. Arlan Hoover moved to approve the 51 EDU allocation; Jim Moyer seconded and the motion carried. The board also voted separately to ratify staff and HRG review actions tied to the development.
