Board approves in‑kind roof replacement at 743 North Broadway after preservation comment

Board member S6 raised concerns that the roof at 743 North Broadway may be original copper and thus merited discussion rather than a consent approval. After questions and brief discussion the chair (S1) made a motion to approve the application for historic review of exterior modifications at 743 North Broadway; Mr. Wood (S3) seconded and the motion passed. The board recorded the approval and said staff (Julia) would follow up with paperwork for the applicant.
