Finance director outlines transfers, $35,000 auditor appropriation and juvenile capital moves

Tawana Keels, Butler County finance director, presented two pages of transfers and appropriations for consideration, including a $300 transfer for a care facility, a $35,000 appropriation for carpeting and capital equipment in the auditor's office, $230,095.56 in capital transfers into juvenile detention projects, and several smaller transfers and purchase orders over $25,000.

Keels said the items were submitted in the county system and available for review; commissioners moved to accept the resolutions as presented and voted to approve them. Keels closed by noting purchase orders over $25,000 were included among the morning items.
