Murray trustees document meeting notice, publication and clerk certification for Sept. 8 session

The minutes for the Sept. 8, 2026 Murray Board of Trustees meeting state that notice of the meeting was posted in three public places on Aug. 24, 2026, and published in the Omaha World-Herald on Sept. 2, 2026, and that certificates of publication and acknowledgements of receipt by the chair and trustees are attached.

"Notice of the meeting was given in advance thereof by posting in (3) three public places on August 24, 2026, and published in the Omaha World Herald on September 2, 2026, as shown by the certificate attached to these minutes," the record states. The minutes also note that the agenda was distributed in advance to the chairperson and board members and that roll call was conducted when Chairman Jeff Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

The record records that the Open Meetings Act poster location was announced to attendees and that the clerk certified the minutes at the end of the document: "I, the undersigned Village Clerk of the Village of Murray, Nebraska, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of proceedings had and done by the Chairperson and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Murray to the best of my knowledge." The minutes carry the printed names and signature lines for Jeff Anderson, Chairman, and Shelli S. Hayes, Village Clerk.
