Council unanimously approved the general consent agenda, which included special-event permits (Halloween block party, Love and Lights fundraiser, cottage vendors market), the city’s 25‑year vision and master plan (moved to consent), and an infrastructure CDBG improvement project. The council then adopted Resolution 2026-15 to use the consumer price index when establishing a schedule of utility fees and charges and approved Resolution 2026-16 to amend estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY2026 budget.
Both resolutions passed unanimously with all seven council members present. City staff summarized the items and recommended approval; councilmembers raised no substantive objections during the roll call votes. The approved budget amendment changes will be incorporated into the city’s financial reports and posted per usual procedures.
