Work session adjourns after unanimous procedural vote

At the close of the work session a commissioner moved to adjourn; the chair announced the motion was made by "Mister Vasquez" with a second recorded by the chair as well. The meeting minutes show the motion carried unanimously: "Motion passes 5 0." The chair announced the recess would last 37 minutes.

No substantive policy vote resulted from the audit presentation; commissioners asked for additional documentation and follow-up from administration and scheduled no further formal votes during this session.
