Board approves several Summit Crossing modifications, directs Landmark to use Option A

The West Cocalico Township Board of Supervisors directed Landmark to proceed with Option 'A' — a 100‑foot radius horizontal curve for street connections — for the Summit Crossing subdivision and voted on a series of requested modifications. The board approved a modification to Section 22‑305.01 (Preliminary Plan Application) on the condition that the applicant provide a 180‑day time extension; the board approved several modifications for Blue Lake Road but denied multiple modification requests for Windy Mansion Road and for widening West Main Street (SR 0897), with the denial of the West Main Street widening tied to a condition that "no parking" signs be installed along West Main Street (SR 0897).

Other approvals included curb and sidewalk modifications for Blue Lake Road, and denials for similar modifications on Windy Mansion Road and West Main Street. The board also approved Section 23‑506 (Volume Control) conditioned on PA DEP approval and deferred decision on storm sewer pipe size (Section 23‑504.4.a.4) until the plan is finalized; an interior side slope modification (Section 23‑505.3.A.2) was approved conditioned on a hold‑harmless agreement approved by the Township Solicitor. All recorded votes on the listed modifications carried unanimously.
