Matt Parks provided announcements about Park District programming and events at LaFortune and O'Brien Parks, including the 5th annual Tulsa Pickleball Classic at the Case Tennis Complex (283 participants signed up), upcoming youth baseball fall ball, and a "pit stop" animal-services clinic offering spay/neuter and vaccinations with no address verification required.
Parks staff framed the busy event schedule as part of a broader community-engagement phase for the fall season and invited questions; no formal action was taken. The announcement also noted regional sports tournaments and partnerships bringing visitors from Denver and Dallas.
