Packet includes Sourcewell notice and Chapter 26A pre-approval list for courthouse renovations

The Board packet includes a "Notice to Approved Bidders" and Sourcewell master-agreement excerpts that document the pre-approval of bidders under Iowa Code Chapter 26A for the County Attorney & Auditor renovations (project nos. 02600353.001 & 02600539.001). Turner Construction provided the pre-approval scoring criteria and a list of pre-approved firms for several Chapter 26A trade packages (gypsum board, flooring finishes, plumbing/mechanical and electrical/communications/security).
