Family and colleagues honor Ross Hall’s decades of service to Mesquite ISD

Presenter (speaker 1) introduced legacy inductee Ross Hall, noting more than six decades of service to Mesquite ISD as an educator, basketball coach, administrator and mentor. A video highlighted Hall’s varied roles and long career across coaching and administration.

Mike (speaker 7), Ross Hall’s son, accepted the honor on behalf of the family and read a tribute titled “The harvest of a life,” praising his father’s devotion to players and teachers and noting Hall’s insistence that coaching decisions always put students first. "He was far more comfortable passing on praise than accepting it," Mike said, describing a man who valued service and mentorship over recognition.
