Manager reports PennVest loan paperwork, FirstNet talks with AT&T and Indiantown Road flasher bid schedule

Township Manager Carolyn Hildebrand provided updates on administrative and capital items, reporting that she has been working on PennVest paperwork related to an Authority loan intended to fund new water meters. Hildebrand also said she and staff met with AT&T representatives to discuss switching township phone lines to a FirstNet plan and that consultant meetings were held regarding Blue Lake Road and a Swamp Church Road subdivision.

Hildebrand reported it is expected that the contract for flashers on Indiantown Road will be advertised for bid next week with bid opening scheduled for September 17. She also noted staff activity including candidate interviews for the road crew and that Marissa completed notary training and passed the test.
