Minutes approved; no other board votes at meeting

At the start of the meeting the board approved the minutes from its Aug. 20 meeting. The motion was moved by Pitchford and supported by Tyler; the chair called for the ayes and the minutes were approved after no opposition was voiced.

Aside from the procedural approval of minutes, commissioners received presentations and discussed the proposed transportation authority and an Indiana Michigan Power report. The meeting recessed for committee meetings after those presentations; no formal adoption of the transportation articles or other motions was recorded in the transcript.
