Massachusetts disability employment tax credit: SRC offers employer guides and certification details

Steve Lemaster said his committee created two tools to help employers and potential certificate holders use the disability employment tax credit: an employer tip sheet for tax‑time and an informational sheet with a QR code that links applicants to the certification page.

"It I don't believe the version that I have has any Massability branding on it, but it is in essence, what they will be using," Lemaster said, adding he would distribute the documents to subcommittee contacts. He said his daughter was "able to get certified after about 5 minutes" when she completed the short application, and he urged the subcommittee and career services providers to help publicize the credit so employers know to claim it.
