DHHL preview: Firewise, planning, land development and Kauai water updates in prerecorded series

Michael Lowe, with DHHL’s Information and Community Relations Office, said the prerecorded page will host several departmental updates that would normally appear at a live meeting. "But on this page, you'll also find Firewise. There's updates from the planning office as well as land development division, and we do have updates for you in regards to the Kauai water," he said.

Lowe listed the topics in brief and said the format is intended to let residents view staff briefings and community-submitted videos at their convenience. The department asked Homestead Associations to submit short videos to supplement the official presentations and provide community perspectives.
