Committees approve routine agenda items and send funding and contract items to full board

Committee members completed a series of procedural votes across multiple subcommittees. The human services committee accepted the agenda and received and filed meeting packets; other committees (Judiciary/Public Safety, Environmental/Public Works, Ways and Means and Community & Economic Development) similarly moved items to the full board or approved routine contract renewals.

Specific committee actions included motions to send a contract amendment and funding agreements to the full board, approval to send a LexisNexis contract renewal and motion to receive the file packets. All of those procedural motions were carried by voice vote or roll call as recorded in the meeting minutes. No significant policy changes were adopted during the meeting; items needing further board action were forwarded to the full board for consideration.
