Commissioners approve $2.07M in bills, purchase orders and routine budget adjustments

During the meeting the finance department presented resolutions approving payment of bills totaling $2,072,531.41 and purchase orders totaling $452,805.18; commissioners moved, seconded and approved both items by roll call. The board also adopted resolutions increasing appropriations in various non-general funds and transferring funds within general and non-general accounts.

Commissioners did not record extended debate on the individual items; each measure was presented by the clerk and approved by roll call. The approvals permit departments to proceed with vendor payments and to adjust internal budgets ahead of the fall fiscal cycle.
