President Welborn formally welcomed Commissioner Bushman during the Sept. 8 meeting after noting a recent omission in introductions. Commissioner Bushman thanked PSC staff for support, saying she was "able to hit the ground running" and that staff had been "very gracious."
The brief introduction took place near the meeting’s close and did not involve new substantive agenda action; commissioners noted the upcoming scheduled work session and adjourned.
