Willow Creek application moves to staff review after completeness corrections

Planning staff told commissioners they received a Willow Creek application and performed a completeness review, finding a few required elements missing from the plat. Staff returned the plat to the applicant for correction and said once the missing items are added the application will enter staff review and be scheduled for the commission agenda.

The planning staff member said they expect to wrap up the completeness check and bring the item to the commission within the next few weeks. Commissioners asked for general timing and were told the item would likely appear on a future agenda after staff review.
