Board sets status dates for a series of code-enforcement properties; one buyer reports demo inspection complete

The board reviewed several long-running code-enforcement matters and set status dates or noted next steps.

For the property at 12190.02 Street, staff and an inspector reported roughly 75% of repairs complete and the board set a status review for Nov. 5, 2026. On 3731 Nebraska, staff reported progress and a scheduled court date of Sept. 17; the board accepted a request for time and also set a status hearing for Nov. 5. For 7238 McCook, staff said a buyer (Pulkit Singh) has completed the demolition inspection and staff will update title work and prepare demolition notices; the board took no action today but will set a demo hearing once paperwork is complete. "He has already completed the demolition inspection," staff said about the buyer of the McCook property.
