Commission adopts zoning change for property near Stagecoach Road (Ordinance 66‑39)

The commission adopted Ordinance 66‑39 of 2026, which amends the parish Unified Development Code to change the zoning of property on the south side of Stagecoach Road (approximately 500 feet west of Bridal Club Lane) in District 11 from RA (Rural Agricultural) to RA Small Planned Unit Development. The clerk read the ordinance title and the motion to adopt was made and carried as reflected in the minutes.
