Planning Commission approves meeting agenda

The Shakopee City Planning Commission approved its meeting agenda after a motion and second during the meeting. The chair asked for changes and, receiving none, called for a motion; commissioners voted in favor and the chair declared the agenda approved.

The action took place as Item 2 on the agenda; the chair said, "I'll entertain a motion to approve," and after a motion and second noted there was no discussion before commissioners responded "Aye." The approval was procedural and no substantive policy items were altered.
