Rodeo party pen to expand after high interest, arena dirt to be restored

Committee member (S5) told the committee that organizers are expanding the rodeo party pen after strong interest and that arena dirt has been returned to the arena; the work is expected to be completed this fall. "We're expanding our the party pen to make it bigger because we got a lot of interest," S5 said.

Members confirmed they will block off campsites and facilities for the rodeo and other priority events. No changes to rodeo dates were recorded; staff will coordinate availability and reservations in advance.
