S3 said Fillmore "has fire rings that he designed that he would like to present or have me present to you guys at some point," and indicated the maker can add emblems or sponsor markings.

Ally (S4) said she is working to determine the fairgrounds' budget and would welcome quoted sizes and prices from the fabricator but noted limited funds; S3 suggested sponsorship could help underwrite purchases and allow custom branding on rings. The committee asked staff to collect quotes and further details for a future discussion.
