Speaker 2 reported that a fact-sheet section was added to the board website and suggested using a printable flyer with a QR code that directs readers to a specific fact-sheet page. The board discussed making multiple topic-specific fact sheets (e.g., plastic recycling rules, composting basics) rather than trying to fit too much on a single flyer.
Speaker 3 volunteered to host materials and check that pages are accessible. Members discussed coordinating the final flyer text and QR destination before printing and recommended testing the links and accessibility features before wide distribution.
