The WA529 committee approved a restated GET Program Details Booklet (PDB) and authorized staff to take administrative steps — including issuing supplements — to implement prior committee decisions. Linda Ridgeway, the program director, told members the PDB "is our primary disclosure document" and that the restatement incorporates program enhancements approved earlier in the year and the updated unit purchase price.
Ridgeway said the purchase price of $123.76 per unit, which the committee approved in June, became effective on Aug. 1. She told the committee staff are asking only for delegated authority to issue technical or administrative supplements—"This request does not delegate the committee's authority over substantive program policy," she said—so that disclosure documents can be kept current without waiting for the committee to meet. The motion to approve the restated PDB and delegate implementation actions carried with no recorded opposition.
