Commission approves two contract resolutions, including $325,000 limit for Union Station security work

At the Sept. 2 meeting, Nancy read two resolutions into the record: one (2026R02/08) authorizing the Department of Metropolitan Development to amend the agreement with Raven Commercial Group LLC to increase the contract ceiling to a not-to-exceed amount of $325,000 to provide security enhancements at Union Station; the other (2026P0100) authorizing a professional services agreement with Optical Design Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $252,500.

President Dillon asked to take both resolutions at once; a motion and second were recorded and the roll call showed the resolutions passed 7–0. Nancy's reading provided the terms and dollar limits; the commission approved both resolutions without discussion during this meeting.
