Board approves minutes, records comp‑plan comments and adjourns

The board handled routine business at the start and end of its meeting: members approved the minutes from the Aug. 4 meeting after noting a minor wording edit; the motion carried unanimously.

Later the board voted to place individual written comments on the comprehensive‑plan revisions into the meeting record for transmittal to the planning board. The motion carried and the clerk will forward the materials. No formal votes on ordinances or funding appropriations were taken during the meeting, and there were no public commenters who addressed the board.

The chair announced the next meeting for Oct. 6; the board requested agenda items including an update on the junkyard, pervious-surface implementation, green certification, and beautification committee feedback. The meeting was adjourned on a motion that carried.
