At-a-glance: minutes, bills and other unanimous actions at July 1 Butte City Airport Board meeting

At its July 1 meeting, the Butte City Airport Board recorded several unanimous procedural votes including approval of minutes, acceptance of bills and approval of two contract awards.

Member Jay Doyle moved to approve the minutes dated June 3, 2026; Vice Chairwoman Hattie Thatcher seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Doyle also moved to accept the bills as presented; Thatcher seconded and that motion passed unanimously. The record shows subsequent unanimous votes to award the AIP 81 GA ramp rehabilitation contract to MT Materials and to award the lighted X's portion of the pavement maintenance work to Halibrite (motions and seconds recorded during the meeting).

These votes were recorded as unanimous among members present; two board members were listed as excused in the meeting minutes.
